a) If you’re subscribing to a service from KonvrtPlus.com for the initial time, you have the right to cancel this service and ask for a complete refund of any payments made by you in relation to this service agreement, but only within the first seven days of the service’s start date.

b) The conditions in clause (a) above exclusively apply to, and for the benefit of, first-time users of our services. If KonvrtPlus.com reasonably determines that you are not a first-time user, we are under no obligation to provide a refund.

c) Any refund requests concerning the first-time user seven-day full refund assurance must be submitted within the first seven days of the service subscription’s commencement, either through our support system or by reaching out to our support team via email at info@konvrtplus.com. Requests for refunds received after this seven-day period may not be entertained.
